The leadership of our church has decided to return to a two-service schedule on Sunday mornings, and it will be exciting to getting back to a more normalized routine! Beginning on Sunday, September 12 we will have a traditional worship service at 8:30am and a contemporary worship service at 10:00am. Do you have musical talents to lend to either of our services? If so, we’d love to talk with you! Help is needed to re-grow our worship band, the traditional choir and bell choir so that we can have vibrant worship in both services!
To kick off this new schedule we will have a picnic on September 12 following the 10:00am worship service. We hope that people will bring yard games, lawn chairs and sports equipment. The church will supply hot dogs, chips and drinks and anyone who wishes may bring a side dish to share (this is optional). We want this to be a fun morning and afternoon of worship, food, and play! It is an excellent opportunity to come back to church and is a great time to invite friends or family back to church! In case of rain, we will postpone the picnic one week to September 19. If your family is not ready to be indoors for worship yet, we would still love for you to attend the outdoor picnic!
Whether it has been a week, a month, a year, or 10 years since we worshiped with you, we hope you will come worship and have fun with family…your church family!
