New GriefShare Sessions

First United Methodist Church in Galesburg will be offering two different types of GriefShare programs this winter/spring. Loss of a Spouse will be a one-session program for men and women of all ages who have lost a spouse due to death. The program will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, January 26th at two different times: 9-11am and 5:30-7:30pm. There is a $5 fee to cover the cost of the booklet.

GriefShare is a 13-week program that provides help for those who are grieving the death of a spouse, family member, friend, etc. GriefShare is a video seminar series, combined with support group discussion of the materials presented during the video. This program will begin Wednesday, February 2 and is offered at two different times, 9-11am and 5:30-7:30pm. Cost is $15 per workbook, however, scholarships are available for the workbook.
