Since Revs. Scott & Carrie Carnes are both pastors they alternate churches with their children. Henry was baptized in Scott’s home church, so Philip will be baptized on Sunday, August 8 at Pastor Carrie’s church, Trinity Lutheran in Galesburg, during morning worship. Therefore, on August 8, David McKillip will be the guest preacher at AUMC and will kick off our new series “Gone Fishing” as we explore fishing themes and Christian discipleship. Holy Communion will be celebrated on August 15.
