Mobile Food Drive | Aug. 21

Come out and support our local community during the Cupboard and Closet Food and Supply drive. We are helping to stock more food for those who most need it, but this summer we've seen an increase of people needing basic household supplies. The church van will be parked in the lot between Hi-Lo and Dollar General 8am-12pm on Saturday and 12-6pm it will be available in front of the church parsonage at 405 N. Washington Street. Any non-perishable food items and any basic household items will be accepted, but they especially would like the following:

Food: cans of corn, green beens, pork & beans; peanut butter & jelly; spaghetti sauce and packages of spaghetti, tuna helper, large cans or packages of tuna, pancake mix (add water only, preferred), pancake syrup, macaroni & cheese (sauce packets that don't require milk preferred), oatmeal or instant oatmeal.

Household Supplies: multi-purpose cleaners or spray bleach, laundry soap, dish soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, bath soap
