A Galesburg Native, Krista Wynes, started an amazing project called heart hunters. See how Pastor Scott & H made their hearts. They used heavy white paper, tempura paints, and a ziplock bag for some less-messy finger painting.
This coming week at church (11am, online) we are going to talk about fear and hope. This project is meant to give people hope even in the midst of fear. Parents might ask their children (1) how they feel when they see a heart, (2) how it feels to make a heart for other people, and (3) what they think will happen when they spread love, hope and happiness in the world.
