Congregational Meeting

The Church Council has heard, both concerns about worship being so early and only one service (before last week) and concerns about having enough people, musicians and leaders to make worship vital if there are two services. We will continue with two worship services: 8:30am Traditional and 10am Contemporary this week and next week. Next week, September 26th, we will have a listening session beginning at 9:15am between worship services to have conversation about whether we should have one or two services, and at what time going forward this fall. On October 3rd, we will have one worship service at 10:00am as we celebrate Children & Youth Sunday, bless the backpacks and present Bibles. On October 4th, the Worship Committee will meet at 6pm and Church Council will meet at 7pm to discuss whether it is wise to continue with two services or one blended service.
